What began as a single stylist with a bold vision has evolved into a highly sought-after collective known for luxury beauty concierge services and setting a standard of artistry in the Mountain West that feels both refined and deeply personal.
Founded in 2011 by owner and lead stylist Tanya Crocker, the brand was born in her hometown of Jackson and shaped by her mission for holding up a mirror for women when they need it most. Over the past fifteen years, that passion and dedication has expanded far beyond the Tetons - touching 8,000+ brides, earning 300+ five-star reviews, and growing into a team of 27+ stylists now rooted throughout Wyoming, Montana, and Utah.

Tanya began her beauty career at The Aveda Institute of Denver in 2007. After graduation, she traded the Rockies for warmer coastlines and moved to St. Pete, Florida, where she spent three years working professionally in the TV and film industry. Her artistry quickly gained recognition, leading to opportunities with: Grey’s Anatomy, CMT music videos, Top Chef, Magic Mike and more. But eventually, the call of home - and the allure of the Tetons - pulled her back to Jackson Hole where she was born and raised. It was there that she chose to pursue her own adventure and step fully into the local, couture bridal industry.
Today she is the lead artist and owner of Hair & Makeup By Tanya - the largest beauty collective in the Mountain West. Tanya specializes in blending western hospitality with couture artistry to offer luxury hair and makeup experiences for celebrities, brides and editorial fashion brands out west. Above all she is driven to not only raise up her team of 27+ women and the opportunities in front of them; but to challenge the beauty standards by making women feel confident and endlessly beautiful within the skin they’re in.
When Tanya is not handpicking an artist for your event or present with a bride in her chair, you can find her at home with her husband and boy - unplugging, riding horses in the backcountry, and falling asleep under a sea of western stars.
